I. Welcome

II (5 minutes) Minutes of April 7, 2007 meetings; Treasurer’s report.

III. Continuing Business

(5 minutes) Update on Green Crow Corp. applications for mineral and aggregate overlays on several rock quarries near Oceanside and Netarts. Steve Macartney, chair of subcommittee to examine application.
(5 minutes) Update on incorporation. Rick Clyne, chair of study committee, to report briefly on information-gathering concerning incorporating Oceanside as a city.
(5 minutes) Survey: Update from Deb Macartney.

IV. New Business
(5 minutes) County commissioners. Richard Powers to report on meeting with them.
(10 minutes) Nominations. Open nominations for officers for election at June 2 annual meeting.

a. Next Scheduled Meeting – 10 a.m. June 2, 2007 – Oceanside Community Center.
b. Highway 131 Refinement Plan: Advisory Committee Meeting #3- Saturday, May 19, 2007, from 10 a.m. to noon; public workshop #3- Saturday, May 19, 2007 from 1 to 3 p.m.. c. Netarts-Oceanside Sanitary District: Shannon Brosseau, having filed for, and been placed on, the ballot for Position #4 on the board of directors, has resigned and will move to Portland. There are two write-in candidates for Position #4: Deb Macartney of Oceanside and Richard Phillips of Netarts.
