Hi All – This is a great site for keeping up on all going on in O-Side. Is there any validity to Camden repurchasing the Anchor? Is the property behind the Anchor for sell as well? Seems like a terrific buy.

All I know on the Camden transaction is the rumor I posted here.
The home behind the Anchor Tavern which is for sale had been leased for a number of years by some beloved part time Oceansiders who did not opt to purchase the home. One could understand why with the future of the building and business in front of it in question. But it remains a beautiful home in a special place.
